  Quite literally the worst property management agency I have EVER dealt with. Overcharged me $1000 on my first months rent. Week later, I still haven't received my reimbursement check. Management staff is extremely rude.
  Save yourself a nightmare and don't deal with this company. Plus, the property I reside in is a total mess, the apartment itself is nice, but the outside looks quite "ghetto". Trash everywhere outside units. Filthy laundry facilities. Hot water is good though. Pool is also nasty. Ducks swim in it and poo in the water. Also, this company evicts LOTS of its Tennants. Maybe for good reasons, I have no idea. Don't waste your time!!
