  I'm not sure what everyone is describing, but that storage place do not have cameras in the back, no alarms on the units, no 24 hour watch, not clean, and the place gets robbed occasionally. I couldn't leave my stuff there. The only thing that was good about that place is the person working in the office area.
  
  In addition: Found out that they never gave me my refund. Called them again to get it back. They said they had to send it to management for approval and still nothing. This has been going on since April of last year. I don't think I will ever get it back.
