  Booked a reservation for a storage unit on the phone and was told the use their moving truck was included for free. Shortly after that, their manager called me and said their truck was broken down so I decided to cancel the reservation. They informed me that the deposit charge was non refundable. Really?? So they cannot deliver on a feature that was a factor in deciding to make a reservation with their company and thats now somehow my fault and they get to keep my money? Not to mention they never told me that the deposit was nonrefundable, and I never even used the unit. And they have no corporate supervisors whatsoever to appeal to, they basically tell you "Sorry, nothing we can do!" This place sucks, AVOID!!
